Club Chicken Sandwitch | Resturant Style Chicken Sandwich


This is an exclusive resturant style Club Chicken Sandwich recipe.
This is a rich and full of various ingredients and can be served as a meal.
All of you can try making this at home, and the outcome will delight you like anything.

This recipe serves one person. You can alter the contents accordingly.

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup/250 gms boneless chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 medium sized green capsicum
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 1 tsp Coriander Leaves Chutney (Prepared by  grinding coriander leaves in water and salt)
  • 1 tbsp. fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp. butter

Lets explore the detailed recipe for this tasty delight.

Steps to prepare mince chicken filler.

  1. Wash and rinse boneless chicken piecess properly in water
  2. Boil water in a pot and then put boneless chicken pieces inside water and cook in medium flame for 7-8 minutes. If chicken turn whitish and you don't see much of pink color it means that chicken is cooked.
  3. Take out the chicken pieces , by this time chicken pieces should be soft enough.Cut the pieces into further small sizes with knife. Minced Chicken is ready.
  4. In a pan put 2 tsp butter and heat it.
  5. Put some finely chopped onions and cook for 2 minutes in medium heat.
  6. Add the minced chicken , some salt and pinch of black pepper.Saute chicken , onions and spices properly and mix everything well.
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes and the chiken filler is ready

Steps to Prepare Veggie filler.

  1. Peel onions,carrots and cucumber.
  2. Wash onions , carrots , capsicum , cucumber and tomatoes.
  3. Grate all the vegitables and mix together.
  4. Put 1 tsp tomato ketchup and 1/2 tsp chilly sauce, pinch of salt and mix everything.

Steps to prepare egg filler:

  1. Boil 2 eggs , peel them and slice boiled eggs into thin horizontal layer.

Method.

Layer 1 Preparation:


  1. Take a sandwitch bread loaf and on top put 1 tsp coriander chutney and apply uniformly across.
  2. Spread thick layer Chicken filler completely on the top of the bread.
  3. Put another bread loaf on top of chiken filler.

Layer 2 Preparation: 


  1. Put some 1/2 tbsp, butter on top of 2nd bread and spread it.
  2. Put veggie filler on top of butter and spread across. This should be little less thicker than chicken layer.Put another bread loaf on top of veggie filler.

Layer 3 Preparation: 


  1. Mix egg slices and fresh cream together
  2. Put the mixture on top of 3rd bread to cover entire bread.
  3. Put another bread loaf on top of egg filler.

Toasting Sandwitch:

Put some butter on both the outer surfaces(top and bottom) and put it in sandwitch toaster/maker for heating. Keep inside till the outer layer turns crisp and brown.

Once done take out the sandwich , cut it across diagonals into 4 pieces.
Put into serving plate and garnish with vegitables.
