This cranberry syrup recipe can be used as an accompanient to create various Cranberry Cocktails.
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Tip:
Cranberries will get burst if cooked for longer time, so cook just until they become tender
Ingredients:
2 large cups or 300gms fresh or frozen cranberries1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Method:
- In a saucepan put cranberries, sugar and water
- Simmer over medium flame.
- Cook approximately for 10 minutes over low-medium heat or till cranberries are tender.
- Allow it to cool pass through a fine mess colander or sieve. Discard the cranberries.
