Ingredients:
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cup refined flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 6 eggs
- 2&1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method:
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- Sift flour , salt , baking soda , cocoa powder and add alternately with milk.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
- Add vanilla.
- Bake in a well greased and floured loaf pan for 75 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Garnish the top layer with chocolate spread.
