Mango Smoothie | Mango Yoghurt Smoothie


Summer is getting hotter. No need to worry. Here comes the king of fruits to help you fight summer woes. Try this extremely easy smoothie recipe. This Mango Youghurt smoothie not only refreshes you in the heat but also has got good nutritional value added to it. It will make your breakfast complete. If taken alone also it can serve as a healthy quick breakfast if you are in hurry.
If you want your taste buds to be tantalized and get regaled with delight try out this  quick moothie recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • some cardamom seeds
  • Mint sprig for garnishing
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar (Alter as per taste)

Method:

  1. Peel and chop ripen mangoes and banana.
  2. Add milk, mango, banana , cardamom seeds and sugar in a blender.
  3. Add 4 ice cubes
  4. Blend until smooth. Taste for desired sweetness. Add more sugar if required.
  5. Serve it in big glass and garnish with Mint Sprig

Note:
  • Mangoes can differ in sweetness. Some mangoes can be tangy also. So you need to taste it during blending and add more sugar if required.
