This is a variant of traditional Coconut Burfi.
This has a unique combination of coconut and Jaggery which gives different aroma.
Ingredients:
Grated coconut 3 cups
Jaggery 150 gm
Ghee 4 Tablespoon
Milk 1/4 cup

Method:
- Use a thick-bottomed pan and heat Ghee in it
- Add grated coconut and sauté on low medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Add milk and mix well. Saute for another minute.
- Crush the Jaggery and add it to the Coconut- Milk mixture
- Jaggery will start melting softly and get mixed with coconut properly
- Switch off the flame once the mixture becomes uniform
- Apply little ghee in you hands and start shaping them to Laddus
- Store in air-tight container.
