Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg black mustard seeds
- 1/4 kg yellow mustard seeds
- 10 whole dry red chillies
- 10 garlic pods
- 5 Teaspoon vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- salt as per taste
Method:
- Sift mustard seeds carefully to remove any stone particles if present.
- Take all the mustard seeds, butter, Red chilli, vinegar and grind them to a smooth thick paste.
- Add little water if necessary, make sure mixture remains thick like sauce and not free flowing.
- Add sugar and salt and mix well.
- Store the sauce in a dry bottle and use accordingly.
