This recipe constitutes to one of the most healthy snacks or breakfast. Sprouted green moong is a very healthy food and it leaves a open canvas to add various ingredients to it.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sprouted Moong
- 1 medium size Onion
- 1 medium size Tomato
- salt to taste . (black salt can also be used)
- Red chili powder to taste
- 1 or 2 tsp. lemon juice .(based on degree of tangyness admired)
- 1/4th tsp. roasted cumin (Jeera) powder
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
Method:
- Take the sprouted moong and steam them on a steamer.
- Wash and drain sprouts.
- Chop Onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
- Add Onion, tomato and other ingredients(except coriander leaves) into sprouted moong.
- Mix everything well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
Note:
Other variants to this recipe can be made by replacing or mixing with sprouted bengal grams and sprouted Soyabean grams
