- 4-5 whole French beans
- 3-4 carrots
- 1/2 medium cabbage
- 1/4th medium sized Broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1/2 Capsicum
- salt to taste
- 1 Tomato (cut into thin slices)
- 2 green chilies(slit vertically)
- 1 lemon juice
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Finely Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 boiled egg sliced (optional for garnishing)
Preparation:
- Wash all the vegetables properly.
- Cut all the vegetables.
- Steam the vegetables on a steamer for 10-12 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, green chilies, salt, pepper powder and lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well.
- Garnish with cabbage ,brocolli leaves and sliced boiled eggs(optional).
Note: Vegetarians can avoid eggs .
