Ingredients:
- 2 cup dry fettuccini pasta
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pinches garlic salt
Method:
- Put water in a large vessel , add some salt and bring to boil.
- Add fettuccini pasta and cook until it gets tender - aprox 8 to 10 minutes. Drain using a colander.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic salt.
- Stir in both types of cheese over medium heat until melted, this will make the sauce thick.
- Add pasta to sauce.
- Saute well so that the pasta is thoroughly coated.
- Serve hot immediately.
