In India, Chutneys form one of the most widely used accompanients which suits with any food type and gives a variety when it comes to taste.
Dhaniya Patta Chutney or Cilantro Chutney or Coriander chutney is one of such widely used chutney which suits with most of the snacks.
Ingredients:
- 1 Fresh bunch green Coriander Leaves (1 ounce/25 grams)
- 3-4 garlic pods
- 1/2 inch ginger chopped
- 1 Green chilly chopped
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Plain salt as per paste
- Black salt as per taste
Method:
- Wash the coriander leaves and remove the roots from bunch.
- Divide the coriander bunch into half
- In a blender put coriander leaves, green chilly , garlic, ginger , and salt
- Put some water and blend till a smooth texture is formed
- Take out the chutney in a bowl, add lemon juice and stir well
- It can be used almost with any snacks like samosa, pakora , tikkies , and chat items
- We can store chutney in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
