Ingredients:
- 2-3 potatoes
- 2 tsp tomato sause
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 3 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp fried sesame (til) seeds
- 2-3 garlic pods finely chopped
- salt as per taste
- refined oil
Method:
- Peel and cut potatoes lengthwise
- Mix cornflour , salt, chilly powder and water in a vessel and make thick marinade
- Dip potato pieces , mix and leave for 10 minutes
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and deep fry the potatoes and keep aside
- In the remaining oil put garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Now put vinegar and tomato sause in it and mix well
- Now put fried potatoes and sesame seeds and mix
- Put Honey and saute
- Serve hot
