Ingredients:
- 250 gm plain noodles boiled
- 12-15 garlic pods finely chopped
- 5-6 green chilly finely chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 cup green onion leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots chopped
- salt as per taste
- refined oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan
- Put garlic, green chilly and salt in it and fry till golden brown
- Put green onion leaves and carrots and stir well.
- Put boiled noodles and shake with gentle hands. Stir fry for 2 minutes
- Put all sauces and vinegar and saute for another minute
- Sprinkle olive oil at top
- Serve hot
