Garlic Noodles | Garlic Chowmin

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm plain noodles boiled
  • 12-15 garlic pods finely chopped
  • 5-6 green chilly finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onion leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots chopped
  • salt as per taste
  • refined oil
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan
  2. Put garlic, green chilly and salt in it and fry till golden brown
  3. Put green onion leaves and carrots and stir well.
  4. Put boiled noodles and shake with gentle hands. Stir fry for 2 minutes
  5. Put all sauces and vinegar and saute for another minute
  6. Sprinkle olive oil at top
  7. Serve hot
