Chicken Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup boneless chiken boiled
  • 2 cup rice
  • 1 big onion finely chopped
  • 3-4 green chilly finely chopped
  • 5-6 Beans finely chopped
  • 1 medium Capsicum chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • salt as per taste
  • refined oil

Method:

  1. Boil rice and let it cool
  2. Put all sauces, salt , vinegar and black pepper powder in rice and mix well
  3. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan
  4. Put Onions, green chillies, beans and capsicum. Stir fry for 2 minutes
  5. Put boiled chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes
  6. Put rice, saute well and stir fry everything for another 3-4 minutes
  7. Switch off the flame and serve with manchurian
