Ingredients:
- 1 Cup boneless chiken boiled
- 2 cup rice
- 1 big onion finely chopped
- 3-4 green chilly finely chopped
- 5-6 Beans finely chopped
- 1 medium Capsicum chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp chilly sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- salt as per taste
- refined oil
Method:
- Boil rice and let it cool
- Put all sauces, salt , vinegar and black pepper powder in rice and mix well
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan
- Put Onions, green chillies, beans and capsicum. Stir fry for 2 minutes
- Put boiled chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes
- Put rice, saute well and stir fry everything for another 3-4 minutes
- Switch off the flame and serve with manchurian
