This is a very healthy and filling recipe, and serves purpose of a good breakfast for those who are in rush and running out of time in morning.
Ingredients :
- 1 Cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (Husked and Crushed)
- 10-12 frozen strawberries
- 1 banana, cut into chunks
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (Optional)
- 1 tbsp. white sugar (Optional)
Method:
- In a mixing blender , add soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries.
- Add vanilla and sugar(if using).
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in juice glass
