Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothies


This is a very healthy and filling recipe, and serves purpose of a good breakfast for those who are in rush  and running out of time in morning.

Ingredients :


  • 1 Cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (Husked and Crushed)
  • 10-12 frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp. white sugar (Optional)


Method:


  1. In a mixing blender , add soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries.
  2. Add vanilla and sugar(if using).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve in juice glass
