This is a fast and easy recipe and good option for breakfast.
Ingredients :
- 1 Cup skim milk
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup.
- 1 banana, cut into chunks
Method:
- In a mixing blender , add skim milk, banana and chocolate syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a juice glass and serve
