Choco Peanut Smoothie

This is a fast and easy recipe and good option for breakfast.

Ingredients :


  • 1 Cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup.
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks


Method:


  1. In a mixing blender , add skim milk, banana and chocolate syrup.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a juice glass and serve
