Ingredients:
- 4 sandwich bread (brown or white)
- ½ cup steamed mushroom or sweetcorn
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- ¼ cup Paneer(cottage cheese) cubes
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato chopped and seeds removed
- 4-5 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- 5-6 tablespoons tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Apply butter and sauce on bread slices
- Take the chopped vegetables and cottage cheese and spread over the bread slices.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on it.
- Then spread grated mozzarella cheese over the bread.
- Heat a non stick pan and put little butter in it and lay the slices of bread on top.
- Cover with a plate and cook on low flame till the cheese starts melting and bread becomes cryspy.
- Repeat same for all the bread slices. Garnish together and serve hot in a plate.
