Chili Burritos


Serves: 4

Ingredients:


  • 1 1/2 cups chili 
  • 4 flour tortillas 
  • 1 cup mild Cheddar cheese, grated 

Method:


  1. Heat the chili. 
  2. Lightly heat the tortillas in a dry skillet. 
  3. Divide the chili among the 4 tortillas. 
  4. Sprinkle on the cheese. 
  5. Roll up into cylinders. Serve warm.
