This recipes serves 2 (each 4‐sticks)
Ingredients:
- 4 strawberries
- 1/4 cup green grapes(8 pieces)
- 1/4 cup black grapes(8 pieces)
- low‐fat mozzarella cheese,
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 8 long (about 3‐1/2 inches long) Kebab sticks
Method:
- Wash all the fruits. Remove the green top of the strawberry and divide each piece into half. Peel apple and peer and cut 8 cubes from each. Similarly take out 8 cubes from mozzarella chese
- Use a wooden skewer to poke holes in the center of each fruits and make 8 "Wands" . Its upto you to design the ordering of the fruits. Even kids may also like making "Wands". Decorate wands on a platter and serve with low‐fat yogurt dip.
