CHOCOLATE SAUCE

Ingredients:


  • 1 bar of dark brown chocolate, 
  • 1 cup milk, 
  • 1/2 tsp  cornflour, 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence. 

Method:


  1. Melt the chocolate over the fire with 1 tablespoonful of water, add the milk, and stir well; 
  2. When it boils add the cornflour and vanilla. 
  3. Boil the sauce up, and serve along with various accompanients like crackers, toasted bread, cookies etc.
