Ingredients
- 6 medium ripe tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup curd
- Pinch of black salt or as per taste
- Mint leaves or Lime wedge for garnishing
Method
- Put tomatoes, cucumber and garlic in a blender.
- Add curd and rock salt.
- Whisk till smooth.
- Put some ice cubes in a serving glass.
- Pour over the mixture, garnish with mint leaves or lime wedge and serve.
