Ingredients:
- 1 lb. or approx 1/2 kg of mushrooms,
- 1 small onion,
- 1 tbsp. butter,
- 2 tsp fine wheatmeal,
- pepper and salt to taste,
- juice of 1/2 a lemon.
- some chopped coriander leaves
Method:
- Finely chop mushrooms and onions.
- Cook the chopped mushrooms and onion in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes; adding the butter and seasoning.
- Strain the sauce and return it to the saucepan, thicken it by adding and stirring wheatmeal,
- Add the lemon juice,
- Let it simmer 2 or 3 minutes, mix coriander leaves and serve.
