Yogurt & Banana | Kela ka Raita | Banana Raita


Ingredients: 


  • 2 large ripe bananas 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated or desiccated coconut
  • salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Method: 


  1. Slice the bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. If desiccated coconut is used, moisten it by mixing 2 tablespoons water.
  3. Combine the yogurt with all the ingredients except the banana.
  4. Pour bananas into yogurt mixture and mix. Chill and serve.
