Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 tablespoons freshly grated or desiccated coconut
- salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Method:
- Slice the bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- If desiccated coconut is used, moisten it by mixing 2 tablespoons water.
- Combine the yogurt with all the ingredients except the banana.
- Pour bananas into yogurt mixture and mix. Chill and serve.
