In this recipe we have an unusual mixture of Yougurt(Curd) and Cottase Cheese(Paneer) is used to make Patties/Tikkies. Cheese and yougurt lovers will definitely get delighted.

- 1 litre thick fresh yoghurt
- 150 gms grated paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1 medium sized finely chopped onion
- 30 gms chopped ginger
- chopped fresh coriander leaves
- cornflour for dusting tikkis
- 8-10 cashews roasted and crushed
- 30 gms chopped raisins
- 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- salt to taste
- oil to grill
Method :
- Hang yoghurt overnight in a muslin cloth.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and ginger for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
- Add yougurt , paneer , coriander leaves, cashews, raisins, pepper , cardamom powder and salt to the pan
- Mix nicely everything
- Adjust seasoning and shape into tikkis.
- Dust tikkis with some cornflor uniformly.
- Grill the tikkis on skillet over medium hot flame.
- Garnish and serve with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
