This is a snacks recipe which is spicy and has many vegitables , and turns out to be really delicious.

Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 200 gm cottage cheese (paneer)
- 1/4th medium sized cauliflower (phool gobi)
- 1/4th medium sized cabbage (patta gobi)
- 2 green chilly
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp azinonotto powder
- 1 cup refined flour (maida)
- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder (lal mirch)
- oil for frying
- 1 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
- 1 tsp salt (namak)
Method :
- Boil, peel and grate potato.
- Now Grate paneer also.
- Finely chop coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Take out the florets of cauliflauwer and boil them for 5 minutes in hot water.
- Now grate both cauliflowers and cabbage
- Heat oil in a pan and fry both gobis with azinomotto powder.
- After frying for 2-3 minutes, add potato, paneer, green chilly and 1/2 tsp salt and cook until the water dries up.
- Switch off the flame and let it cool.
- Make small balls of the mixture and keep aside.
- Make a batter by mixing maida, 1/2 tsp salt, red chilli and 1 cup water.
- Dip all the balls in maida batter so that the kebab balls have uniform coatings.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Deep fry them in high flame until they turn golden brown.
- Serve them hot with chutneys or sauces.
Tips:
- You can avoid azinomotto
- While deep frying on high flame make sure you take out the tikkis as soon as they turn golden brown and crispy , else they will burn
