Ingredients:
- 2 cups natural, low fat yogurt, whisked till smooth
- ½ cup mint leaves /pudina Leaves,
- Finely chopped/grated 1 large cucumber /Kheera
- Finely chopped ½ onion,
- ¾ tsp roasted cumin powder/ jeera powder (optional)
- Pinch of red chilly powder
- 2 tsp honey pinch salt
- Some olive slices for garnishing (Optional)
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Put in the fridge to cool down for 1-2 hours.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice, sliced olive and a mint sprig.
This popular, cool and fresh, Indian dip can be served with almost any snack or meal, especially if it is spicy. Try it with vegetable curry or as a dip.
