Ingredients:
- 2 Cup all-purpose flour or Maida
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoon white sugar
- oil for frying
Method:
- In a big bowl mash bananas and sugar.
- Put flour , salt and baking powder and mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup water and mix well
- Leave the mixture for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed or thick based pan.
- Drop ladleful of batter(flour banana mixture) into hot oil.
- Cook both sides until it becomes brown.
- Drain on absorbent napkins.
- Garnish and serve
Tips: Sift flour to avoid lumps
