Ingredient:
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 6 whole eggs
- 100 gr green blanched peas
- 50 gr blanched baby corn sliced
- A medium bunch of chives finely sliced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Olive oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Whisk the eggs along with sugar.
- Add chives, peas, cornflakes and baby corn.
- Mix everything and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Put some olive oil over frying pan and heat it.
- Take half a ladle or approx 2 tbsp of the mixture and pour it over frying pan.
- Cook slowly over medium heat untill it starts turning golden brown.
- Turn over and cook at another side as well
- When it looks throughly cooked and slightly firm , serve them hot.
