Saudi Spice Mix Recipe | Baharat Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup black pepper
• 1/4 cup coriander powder
• 1/4 cup cinnamom
• 1/4 cup ground clove
• 1/3 cup cumin'powder
• 1/4 cup nutmeg
• 1/2 cup paprika
• 1/3 cup curry powder
• 1/4 cup dried ground limes
• 2 tsp ground cardamom

Method:

Mix all ingredients properly and store in a dry , air tight container.

This recipe will make 2 cups of Baharat or  Saudi Special Mix Spices
