CORN PUDDING.

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups of sweet corn
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. of butter 
  • 1 cup of wheatmeal 
  • 1/2 tsp  nutmeg
  • a generous pinch of pepper 
  • salt to taste. 

Method:


  1. Make a batter of the meal, eggs and milk.
  2. Add the other ingredients and mix well
  3. Pour the eltire mixture into a pie-dish, 
  4. Bake for 1 hour
