Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower
- 3/4 lb. of potatoes
- 1/2 lb. of fine wheatmeal,
- 3 eggs,
- 3/4 pint of milk,
- 1 oz. of butter,
- 1 tsp nutmeg,
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt.
Method:
- Cook Cauliflower and Potaoes in boiling water till tender.
- Cut cauliflower into pieces and Potatoes into slices.
- Place both in a pie-dish with the butter and seasoning(nutmeg,pepper & salt)
- Beat the eggs and add wheatmeal and milk. Mix well to form a uniform batter.
- Pour the batter over the vegetables, mix well,
- Bake for 90 Minutes.
