Ingredients:
- 6 artichokes pieces
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 Spanish onion
- 1 tbsp. of butter
- 1 cup of milk
- a pinch pepper
- salt to taste.
Method:
- Peel, wash, and cut the artichokes, potatoes, and onion into dice .
- Heat 2 cups of water in a saucepan and cook the artichokes, potatoes, and onion.
- Add butter and seasoning to the water and mix.
- When the vegetables are tender rub them through a sieve. Mass them if required.
- Return the liquid to the saucepan, add the milk, and boil the soup again.
- Add water if the soup is too thick.
- Serve hot with rusks, or small dice butter fried bread.
Tip: You can also Garnish with cream and chopped spring onions leaves.
