Ingredients:
- Peanut butter
- 4 English muffins, sliced in half or 8 thick sliced good quality bread
- 2 medium bananas
- Butter or margarine, softened
Method:
- Spread peanut butter over one side of 4 slices bread;
- Slice bananas and arrange on top. Top with remaining breads.
- Spread top slices with butter or margarine.
- Place sandwiches, margarine sides down, in skillet. Spread top slices with margarine.
- Cook uncovered over medium heat until bottoms are golden brown, about 4 minutes;
- Turn and cook until bottoms are golden brown and peanut butter is melted, 2 to 3 minutes probably.
