BAKED CUSTARD PUDDING.

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups of milk, 
  • 3 eggs
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla flavouring, 
  • nutmeg. 
  • Fruit Jelly 
  • Stewed rhubarb

Method:


  1. Warm the milk, 
  2. Beat up the eggs with the sugar, pour the milk over, and flavour. 
  3. Have a pie-dish lined at the edge with baked paste, 
  4. Strain the custard into the dish, grate a little nutmeg over the top, 
  5. Bake in a slow oven for 1/2 an hour. 
  6. Serve with stewed rhubarb and fruit jelly.
