Fajita is used to commonly refer to any grilled meat usually served as a taco on a flour or corn tortilla.
This recipe uses chicken as the meat option. Lets see how to prepare chicken fajitas.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp.oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 flour tortillas
- Shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole and sour cream
- Salt & pepper as per taste
Method:
- Put chopped onions, red and green pepper and chicken pieces together in a bowl
- Add paprika ,cumin ,some salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Leave aside to marinade for 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is left for marinating make your salsa. Chop some tomatoes, chilli and coriander, adding salt and pepper and lemon juice with some oil and stir.
- Heat 1 tbsp. oil in the pan and cook marinated chicken mix for about 10-12 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Warm some flour tortillas in the microwave.
- Spoon filing the center of tortillas, fold and cut into half. Serve with your home-made salsa, grated cheddar, sour cream and guacamole.
