Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento
Method:
- Blend butter and flour in a frying pan.
- Blend in chicken broth and milk. Cook until thick.
- Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
- Serve over hot toast points or noodles
Note: If desired, you may add a few drops Tabasco to the sauce
